Trader Joe's Pick Of The Week #6
This dip is AMAZING!!! And that is coming from someone that doesn't particularly care for spinach or artichokes! I used to serve this back when Kaleo met at our home. It would get devoured before I could grab the second one out of the microwave. Come to our house tonight for spinach artichoke dip and the Gospel Christianity study!

These tasty little tacos remind me of Cabo. A few years ago, Erick and I stayed there at the nicest hotel for a Veterinary conference and they would give us free appetizers like this at night :-)

Trader Joe's Pick Of The Week #3
Maui Beef with Thai Jasmine Rice
Yummy red meat...
Mix a little of this with it and throw it in the slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours...
This rice is very tasty. A perfect match with the Maui beef.
Yum. That is actually zucchini. I know they kind of looks like pickles in the picture.
Maui sounds very nice right now :-) My sister in-law just landed in Hawaii for 5 weeks!!!

Trader Joe's Pick Of The Week #2
Cobbs like Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's is #15 on Stuff Cobbs Like. I am tossing a new category in to Cobb Salad called "Trader Joe's Pick Of The Week". I made an initial entry last summer (Beans Are Back) but now I plan to make more frequent posts for this category. Feel free to share your favorites too!
